National Engineering Forum (NEF)
The security and prosperity the United States has enjoyed since its founding are derived in large measure from the accomplishments of Americas engineering enterprise. That is why the Council has partnered with the Lockheed Martin Corporation to create the National Engineering Forum (NEF). The NEF is a cross-industry; action-oriented series of invitation-only regional dialogues culminating in a larger cornerstone event to define and chart the global leadership role the U.S. engineering community must take to secure the United States's economic future.
NEF brings together leaders of companies, academia, policymakers, media, entrepreneurs, engineering societies, and NGOs concerned about the sustainability of the field and the future workforce in the U.S.
