Jack McDougle
Jack McDougle is a senior vice president at the Council on Competitiveness. Formerly deputy undersecretary for economic affairs, Economic and Statistics Administration, McDougle led the analysis of U.S. manufacturing in the global marketplace for the International Trade Administration. He was the first deputy assistant secretary for manufacturing and services. McDougle brings a wealth of information and ideas in this arena to the Council.
