Resilience Day CEO Summit to Tackle Global Business Risks

WASHINGTON — A group of private sector chief executives are set to meet on Capitol Hill to discuss proven tactics to keep businesses running during disasters and how those tactics contribute to homeland security. The Council on Competitiveness gathering will include a speech on 21st Century Business Challenges at the National Press Club by DuPont CEO and Council on Competitiveness Chairman Chad Holliday. Following the speech, the Council will co-host a symposium on competitiveness and resilience with the U.S. Department of Commerce Technology Administration. Resilience Day co-chairs are Holliday and Jared Cohon, president of Carnegie Mellon University.
