Summit Alert: Tech Giant Infosys CEO Confirms for Summit
CEO of India's Top IT Company Added to Speaker List
Mr. S. Gopalakrishnan, CEO and Managing Director of Infosys Technologies Limited, will discuss the profitability of sustainable business practices at the Council on Competitiveness' National Energy Summit & International Dialogue, September 24, in Washington, DC.
Gopalakrishnan will take part in a leadership dialogue - moderated by Björn Stigson, President of World Business Council for Sustainable Development - titled, "The Business Case for Pursuing Sustainability Strategies." The panel will include: Ahmet Dördüncü, CEO, Hacı Ömer Sabancı Holding A.S.; Pierre L. Gauthier, President and CEO, ALSTOM U.S. Inc.; and James H. Quigley, CEO, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
As one of Infosys' founders and its current CEO, Gopalakrishnan plays a key role in defining the company strategy and using technology and innovation continuously to maintain its leadership in the technology industry. Under his direction, the company has received numerous superlatives.
