CNBC Unveils Carbon Council
Four Council on Competitiveness Members Tapped to Lead Clean Energy Initiative

In preparation for December's Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen, CNBC and the Council on Competitiveness have established a Carbon Council to gather opinions from international business leaders regarding carbon reduction and investment opportunities.
The Carbon Council is comprised of nine executives representing the global business community who will reveal what the business world needs out of Copenhagen. Four of the leaders tapped for CNBC's initiative are members of the Council on Competitiveness.
Mike Splinter, CEO, Applied Materials; William McCracken, Chairman, CA; John Rowe, CEO, Exelon; and Chad Holliday, Chairman, DuPont, will all lead the discussion.
