Susan Rochford, Senior Vice President at the Council on Competitiveness and leader of the Compete.Energy initiative, appeared on the Clean Skies News Morning Report, yesterday, to discuss the climate change talks in Copenhagen.
Rochford reiterated the Council's focus on ensuring that any energy policy agreement will establish reliable price signals that will allow the private sector to invest in clean energy technology. "The regulatory certainty is absolutely fundamental," she told Clean Skies News anchor Susan McGinnis.
