Deborah Wince-Smith on NPR’s “On Point with Tom Ashbrook”

Council on Competitiveness President & CEO Deborah Wince-Smith appeared on NPR's "On Point with Tom Ashbrook" this morning to discuss America's trade and export policies.

Wince-Smith asserted that by gaining access to emerging economies, the United States can boost its exports while creating jobs. 

"There is growing demand in the global economy and America is poised to satisfy that demand," Wince-Smith said.

She was also joined by Greg Ip, U.S. economics editor for The Economist magazine and Brad Jensen, economics professor at the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
