WASHINGTON—Council on Competitiveness President Deborah L. Wince-Smith presented Dr. Anthony J. “Tony” Tether with the Founders Award at the High Performance Computing Advisory Committee meeting on May 6. This prestigious award recognizes his vision, risk taking and long-term commitment to advancing high performance computing.
