Council Vice President Delivers Keynote at NCWE Annual Conference

Randall Kempner, vice president for regional innovation at the Council on Competitiveness, was a keynote speaker at the National Council for Workforce Education Annual Conference October 20. Held in Austin, Texas, the topic for the fall 2008 conference was Green Community Colleges: Sustainable Campuses and Programs. The National Council for Workforce Education is a private, nonprofit, professional organization committed to promoting excellence and growth in workforce education at the post secondary level.
