Harvard Business School’s Michael Porter, founding member of the Council on Competitiveness, appeared on PBS’s Charlie Rose on December 16th, 2008, to discuss America’s need for a long-term economic strategy and why U.S. competitiveness is at risk. Porter, ranked “the most important business thinker in the world” by the Times of London, is a leading voice on American competitiveness.

During the program, Porter references the Council’s Competitiveness Index, which he has lead for 20 years.
