CERAWeek to Feature Council President and Select Members

The Council on Competitiveness will be featured next month at CERAWeek, a major global energy conference convened by the Cambridge Energy Research Associates (CERA). The Council will headline an exclusive Leadership Breakfast, February 12th, that will focus on the Council’s energy initiative and the 100-Day Energy Action Plan that was issued to President-Elect Obama. Deborah L. Wince-Smith, president of the Council; Shirley Ann Jackson, vice chair of the Council and president of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute; Clarence P. Cazalot, president and CEO of Marathon Oil; and Ralph Izzo, chairman, president and CEO of PSEG, will lead the program.
 
Dr. Jackson will also deliver a keynote address to the conference later in the day.
 
More than 1000 industry leaders from around the world will attend the week-long conference in Houston.
